"Friendly and genuine greeting. Our room's card reader was faulty, but it was no problem at all for whoever was on reception to unlock the door when required. Free parking, room was good and bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was very tasty. The staff all went out of their way to ensure our stay was as perfect as it could be."

"We had a fantastic stay, amazing value food.. £11 for three courses and the breakfast was great. great staff, comfy beds and a warm room.. The bathroom needed attention in certain areas. No hairdryer in the room but reception did get me one.. there was no shower gel or shampoo in the room and reception couldn’t provide any so had to use the hand soap. There wasn’t enough refreshments for four people.. only 2 tea bags, 2 milks and biscuits but after asking were happy to supply more. Would stay...

"Decent enough but unfortunately the room was cold because the heating wasn't on! The apps on the tv wouldn't work which is a shame. Looks like they don't do breakfast anymore which wasn't great, no parking available on site so had to use a council run carpark around the corner! Wasn't bad,wasn't great! No staff around @ checkout either??"
