"This is my second recent stay and I'm looking forward to more to come while I'm in between houses! The hotel put me in my favourite room at my request and yet again the staff are incredible. Good sized room with the expected extra such as a hairdryer and a TV. Decent breakfast. Always exceptional service!"

"Hotel room was a bit small to move around. However bed was super comfortable. The traffic noise from nearby road is noticeable specifically after 5am though I am a light sleeper. Shower could do with good clean there were black stains on silicon/grout. Staff very helpful and breakfast good value specially recommend the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Handy location for visiting the city walls of Chester."
