"Stayed for one night as attending a function at the hotel. Great for a 3 star, lovely big room with only minor issues, no tea bags, lights on the dressing table and bathroom mirror need new bulbs and no shampoo/soap in the bath dispenser. Comfortable bed, good room temperature great breakfast lovely staff "

"Great stay again at Newcastle Sleeperz when we arrived we were informed the the room had just been refurbished but was not ready for us. The management were extremely sorry and offered us free drinks while we waited which wasn’t very long and gave us time to relax. Also supplied us with a free breakfast the next day, very hospitable. The room was in great condition with brand new curtains and extremely clean as always. Large comfortable bed and compact shower area with good air conditioning....

"First time staying here as thought we’d try a different hotel in the Toon Check in great 👍, staff polite and informative Hotel location great for access to city centre We were going to Theatre Royal that evening so hotel was very very handy as only a 2 min walk away"

"Have stayed here before however this time I’m not as impressed. The room was so very hot. The bed was very uncomfortable so I didn’t sleep well at all. The net curtain in the room is ripped. The toilet seat didn’t stay up without being held. There was dark mould around the bottom of the shower screen. And the extraction fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The staff were lovely and very friendly. "

"Lovely staff and a nice room, the bed wasn’t too comfortable but it was all very clean. The only issue we had was receiving a phone call through the room phone at 00:30 on our second night, which woke us both from a deep sleep but cut out before we could answer (presumably the staff member realised they had misdialled). It may have been accidental but is the reason for awarding 4 stars."

"Staff were really nice. Room covered what was need but a bit chilly. The manager came to help when asked though. Food was AMAZING! Not everything was spot on but on A for effort for the staff who tended to everything. Would go back"

"Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay at Little Haven, the location of the hotel suited me as I'm a ex seamen, so the views of ships departing and arriving were fantastic, you can also enjoy nice strolls along the promenade and easy reach of south shields. The room we were staying in(212) was a little foisty and cold when we checked in, I did mention this on the app, the hotel responded by freshening up the room for us which we were most grateful for. My new favourite Newcastle hotel.

"Lovely place full of period detail. Staff excellent, and the spa was a huge bonus, given the price. It's small, but I found it comfortable and not too busy. Bed was great, shower decent, good sized room and general facilities were excellent. Breakfast was great, very tasty. Coffee was good too. "
