"Excellent apartments in Los Gigantes. A bit dated but very clean. Lovely balcony overseeing the cliffs. Very convenient location for grocery shopping as two supermarkets are within 2 mins distance. The demographics when we stayed was mostly old couples and we were family with young children so that did not fit. It is not a breakfast buffet and if you are vegetarian it is horrible. So basically 0 stars for breakfast. "

"One bedroom apartment has all the facilities including drinking water on tap. These facilities are at a high standard in terms of quality & style. One bedroom apartments have different standards of balcony --- some are large & some are relatively small --- some have lots of sunshine & some very little --- pot luck which you get. "It was actually decent if you have a car. The rooms were clean, with extra blankets. Parking was in a garbage dump Kind of area. Staff could be more receptive and approachable. Evening staff said breakfast included. But in the morning, new person claiming to be the brother of the evening staff said I had to pay. It is just the tone and convo about camera is there etc that I felt was unnecessary and unpleasant "
