"Haciendas Village is a lovely location as it’s walking distance to Adeje, beach, shops and a short drive (cheap taxi - definitely use local taxis and not uber) from the touristy places. Area felt safe for women. We had the one bed apartment with large terrace and it was perfect for 4 girls with the two on the sofa bed saying how comfy it was. "This property is superb. The furniture and fixings are a little worn/ dated but there is plenty of equipment, cutlery crockery etc The roof terrace is definately its biggest asset. Its huge, well furnished, not overlooked and has great views over the coast and sea. Patrick the owner was happy to allow late check in and check out. There is a key safe on the door. I believe Patrick lives in Belguim but has maintenance and cleaners to look after the property. We got a little twitchy about check in...

"We enjoyed our stay and the apartment had everything we needed apart from there were only 2 sunbeds for 4 people. The pool area could do with a bit of tlc and be warned that here are 48 steps up to the apartment. We used the car during the day but taxis are easy to flag down on the main road near the apartment. "Had and excellent stay! Great communication from Daniel the host. Apartment although not modern was spotless and all linen was very clean and new. "Great accommodation - just what we needed. Well situated, clean and well equipped. Pool area was fabulous. Owner was very quick with communication and when we had an electricity issue, a technician was sent immediately to resolve it. However we would change a couple of things…there are pictures of a beach which is NOT 300m away which is a bit misleading. The safe needs to be replaced - we had to go out leaving valuables around as it could not be fixed. Air conditioning would have been amazing...

"On arrival Brice was there to meet us and couldn’t have been more helpful he gave us tips on where to go and what was available locally. The apartment was clean and had all amenities you would need. The only real issues were the sketchy nature of the Wi-Fi and the tired sunbeds on the roof that need replacing. Overall a very pleasent stay and thanks again to Brice for all his help and advice."
