"TLDR: This is a perfectly acceptable hotel. Nothing too special, nothing bad. The Roppongi area is incredibly expensive, so I do not recommend staying here if you are on a budget (especially if you want a quick bite to eat like me, who did not research enough). The room was tiny (even for Japan) yet comfortable, and the HVAC was nice. The TV didn't really do anything unless you want to pay for a random TV service, but there were lots of freebies. "

"At first, I moved into a room in good health, but perhaps the energy in the room was off, as I started feeling very unwell and was confined to bed for several days, unable to leave the room. After my son prayed with me, I was able to get up. I reported the issue to the hotel, and they kindly changed my room. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. Now, I’m staying comfortably and plan to stay for a few more days."
