From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was immediately impressed by the process for leaving my baggage if you arrive earlier than your check in. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary toiletries and the mini-fridge stocked with water. The hotel’s location is perfect – it’s conveniently located near popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. I also enjoyed the convenience of a 7/11 down the block. One of the highlights was the service. The staff were always ready to assist with any request and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Whether it was offering local recommendations or helping with special requests, they truly made my stay memorable. "This was our first time at this hotel and we will definitely come back to stay here again in the future! It was very convenient and family friendly. The room and bathroom were clean, modern, and very spacious. Every floor had a common microwave, vending machine for drinks and a scale. The bathhouse was great. We enjoyed it after a long day of walking. The kids playroom is ideal for younger children aged 3 and below as the room is very small and does not have any play equipment for older children. The laundry facility is very convenient and has a vacuum sealing machine. The only downside is when other guests forget to take out their laundry and hotel staff cannot do anything about it unless the laundry has been left in the machine for at least an hour. There is a family mart convenience store that you can access from inside the hotel. Shiomi station is only a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel and is 3 stops away from Tokyo Station. There are a few restaurants, a Ministop convenience store, and a grocery store near Shiomi station. The staff was also very helpful when you needed them. My children left behind a few of their items and the hotel was quick to respond and confirm our items to ship back to us (at our expense of course). "
