The only downside was that we had trouble getting hot water up to our 7th floor room and trying to understand how the heating worked was a bit of problem. "This little apartment was clean, comfortable, and located nicely within walking distance of three subway lines. It had a washer, mini kitchen, and even a Dyson hairdryer.
