"Hotel staffs are friendly. Went there early to store my luggage and when I'm back from my sightseeing, my luggage was already in the room. You have to leave your key on the front desk each time you leave. Hotel is near the train station. Along the hotel street there are eateries. 24hr seiyu store where you can get most of the items. There is a nice sandwich shop just opp family mart. Sugamo shopping street ard 15 min walk. There's also KFC, BK and Mac nearby (near the main road). Room is nice...

"The location is excellent - as is the Happy Hour and the breakfast. Parking was downstairs and really convenient and for only 1500¥ a night. On the downside the rooms are quite cosy and so happy we are small people with small suitcases."
