"This is a Japanese hotel, in an area with a lot of Japanese and Korean restaurants and shops. The area is quite different to the old town - very few tourists but pretty nice. The hotel itself was a basic clean Japanese style. Good room and bathroom. Staff really only speak very basic English but are nice. "

"We stayed 9 nights and had the most fabulous time. Everything is in walking distance which made it so much more convenient. Every morning we were looking forward to breakfast, the choice was excellent, the cooked variety was always different and delicious. The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant from the front desk to the housekeeping.it is absolutely spotless. We had good laughs with the breakfast crew, especially with Trinh,Ngoc,Bin and who could forget Eric and his special...

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is situated in a very quaint alley with the cathedral at the end of the alley. The hotel is ideally located within easy walking distance of the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem lake. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The facilities at the hotel however are a bit tired and worn and could do with some upgrade. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again."
