Firstly I walk in and the room had ants crawling all over, the safe and minibar both didn’t work (which is quite important when you’re somewhere so hot and can’t even keep cold water in your room). "Hostel was located in a good part of Hanoi close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was alright, but dated. The bed was quite worn out and the internet was slow. Balcony was nice. "

"I cannot say enough about this lovely hotel. At first I was a little intimidated by the language barrier but the entire staff along with Google translate made communicating fairly easy. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay a pleasant one. This hotel was also a very good value. I highly recommend! "
