"We really enjoyed our stay at Kona Reef. We lucked out and had a third floor unit with an amazing view (there are a few units without a good view) that made it for us. Quiet, clean, and the staff was very friendly and responsive. "

"Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways."

"We enjoy staying here. Ample space for family of 5, clean, and prompt response via text to housekeeping needs. The reason we did not rate our stay as 5 star is die to our pool experience. They ran out of pool towels and asked us to return later and even then they inly had 3 pool towels. I wish they had pool towel service like Kings Land. It is inconvenient and made our experience less enjoyable. "

"The villas property itself was good, nice walking distance to the shops and Marriott where we went for a luau. The pool was on the smaller side but kids loved it. "We enjoyed our stay here. The property itself is located conveniently off the main road. About a mile in each direction, north and south are beaches, shopping and dining. We had teenagers with us and they loved that freedom and convenience of walking to these activities. The Check-In process was easy enough. We booked two units and requested to be together. They couldn't place us in the same unit (it's a duplex condo design) but accommodated us by placing us near each other. The bedrooms,...

"This place is 15-20 minutes up the hill from any beach. Do not let that stop you from staying here. Worth the drive. The condo is on hole 3 of the golf course. Great views. The pool is 100ft away. Everything is clean and well stocked. The communication with the management company was exceptional. Check in and out was easy."
