"I booked this unit based on the photos, the ocean view, and the proximity to the pool and was looking forward to our trip. After traveling from Chicago for 16 hours and arriving at 7pm, we were given an entirely different unit than what I had booked. The blinds were covered in gnats, the bed linens had hairs on them, there was only one bar stool, and I counted 5 light bulbs that were burnt out. Since we had a late check in and security gave us our key, there was no one that I could talk to...

"This condo was amazing! The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of downtown Kona and easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo was big, clean, and had a large lanai with beautiful views of the ocean. Easy to check in and the property manager checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. "

"This condo was great. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook our meals. I find that most places have old pans and kitchen utensils. This place had good quality dishes and pans. I have to make my meals and it was nice to have good equipment. The location made it quick to get to Hapuna Beach and go boogie boarding and snorkeling. The pool was great and a quick walk to get there. We had a fantastic holiday. I highly recommend this place. "
