"Pools were awesome, and the lagoon was really fun. Loved the ability to rent stand up paddle boards and other equipment to try at the lagoon. Loved swimming with the dolphins! Also loved the many towel dispensing machines. The food choices on site were limited, of poor quality, and VERY expensive. The tram was really slow and the boats were not running when we were there this time. The elevators were dirty inside, mostly food debris. The room was never cleaned even though we made 2 requests. "

"We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Two wonderful pool areas. Beautiful grounds. Condo was dated but comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. They made sure we were continually stocked with towels and paper products as well as dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. The location was close to activities on Alii Dr. the only slight drawback was that there were no beach-chairs, coolers or toys for the kids. Snorkel equipment can be rented in town however.
