Just returned from a few days away, the location of the hotel is fantastic, a few steps away from Queensway Underground, just over the road from Kengsington Gardens (which we enjoyed a walk around in the morning and grabbed breakfast and a coffee spotting the parrots) the location is brilliant and easy to get to and from any time! Hotel is clean, beds comfortable and staff great. Yes, the place could do with touching up here and there...

"For a one night stay after a flight the Ibis was perfect. A short walk from the terminal, quick and easy check in, nice quiet room, great WiFi and really appreciated the midday check out time allowing me to work in my room in the morning. I'd definitely stay again if I had an early flight out or late flight back into Luton again."

"All ok. Room with no windows took a bit of getting used to. Filtered water and hot drinks and iron are on the corridor not in your room. Location was good for me so I’d stay again if I could get a room with a window in budget "
