"The staff was very kind and cared for costumers. The room was very small but convenient, i only stayed for 1 night. 5 minutes walk to PADDINGTON Station. There is plenty of shops and food around. For food I recommend Cleopatra, within 2 minutes walk from hotel BEWARE NO ELEVATOR!, and tiny room, Not recommended if you’re carrying big luggage. Very clean, looks like they just renovated. I would stay again if i need to! I slept very well and felt safe as the hotel’s door only opens either from inside or with your card Has remote climate. Bring your own toiletries as they only offer mini 1 shampoo and 1 soap. "

I was told it would be brought up even though I didn't mind waiting. I waited for about an hour and a half. When it still didn't come, I had to forget it because I'd be late for a tour. "

"Convenient location near Kings Cross station. Be warned that the elevator is tiny tiny. But the room was nice, modern, clean and the staff were friendly. One thing could easily be improved: in the room there was only a single tiny desk, not enough to usefully put your stuff on. Otherwise I was very happy with my stay."

"This hotel was perfect for our stay, big comfy room, nice bed linen,modern clean shower room with nice fluffy towels! Just a bit too warm with the window closed against the noise, but a good fault!! The bar is comfortable and spacious with the nicest staff and great coffee. Good snacks too. Helpful reception . Suited us very well, plenty of places to eat nearby. Would definitely recommend it and we would stay again, thanks everyone. "
