"Although our room was mistakenly from none smoking to smoking room. Turned out it’s a blessing in disguise cause the space is much bigger. And the smoke smell went away after a day. So, I’m happy. Plus the bed is actually very comfortable. "

It was much needed after all the walking so far this trip, we didn't need to go to the larger public baths on the other levels. They provided a shuttle bus from Ogoto Onsen station. The service was great from check in, to the staff at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The private lounge and unlimited Haagen Dazs icecream, drinks and juices was a really nice touch.
