Nice meals (dinner and breakfast), clean room. friendly staff. All you can drink happy hour. Snacks and drinks have good variety already. Frequent shuttle bus to train station, not much wait time. Efficient check in and check out.

Beautiful hotel, clean room and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, even has grill seafood by your own on the dining table. Free shuttle bus to hotel from train station and only a few minutes journey. Will come back again and try the in room onset next time.

Great Onsen in the room with a fantastic lake view. Hotel offers seafood barbecue buffet for Breakfast. Best breakfast ever.

Honeymoon delight
We stayed two nights as part of our honeymoon trip to Japan. Loved everything about this place. From the Private Onsen in our room to the delightful restaurant service. We enjoyed wearing our Yukata around the building and taking in the beautiful views and enjoying the traditional breakfast. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for relaxing couple of days.

The food was mediocre and the aircon in the room was soo hot. They offered an electric fan but it still was not enough. Aside from that everything was good.
