"I was satisfied with the cost by performance. I stayed here for 16 nights. The staff speaks Japanese, whose attitudes are polite and bright. The room was upgraded and clean. They serve free laundry service up to 5 pieces/day, free dinner curry, rice and miso soup during 5-8pm, followed by free rice ball and miso soup during 8-10pm. Perfectly amazing!!!"

"this hotel is terrific value close to the airport with free car to the airport. We were getting in late afternoon to Hanoi and had a morning flight out and just wanted a bed, dinner and ease to airport. this met all our expectations. Simple street restaurant only 80 meters away provided good value excellent meal. Could not recommend more highly for a budget great value hotel with great staff."

"I loved this property. It was everything I thought it would be. And it was super convenient tonwalk everywhere through Old Quarter. The staff were helpful to give advice on places to go and tours. They give you a things to know guide when you arrive so you keep safe and enjoy your trip. Breakfast is a-la-carte and limited seating so you may have to wait, but it was good food, good service and roof top views. I would definitely stay here again!!"
