"The hotel is in an ideal position for the shops and train station. We had a last minute booking as our train was cancelled and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is a little dated but its lovely and the rooms have lots of nice little touches in them, we had a family room and there was even little rubber ducks in the bath. We had an evening meal and I've got to say its the best meal I've had for a long time. "

"Stayed for 1 night to see the illuminations. Hotel is opposite a tram stop so really handy. There is parking to the side of the hotel as well as on the prom, we got a space which was great. The pool is quite small and shallow but the kids had loads of fun in it. Would stay again."

"The hotel is inconspicuous on a dreary day but has double doors from the bar to the street so would be lovely on a summers day. The rooms are spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was fitted with a lovely modern shower and the vista was straight out to the Bay (which was sadly freak and dreary). One lady (Margaret) was amazing.
