"One can’t go wrong as the hotel is conveniently located & to top it all their free to & fro shuttle service from Gora station & the hotel is just ideal for exploring the sites in the vicinity. Highly recommend as the staff is very polite, kind & helpful. "

"This hotel was an authentic Japanese experience. The staff were lovely. The food was quite good and the onsens we’re incredible. It is a bit remote. They do have a van that can take you to public transportation."

"チェックインはフロントの方が教えてくださったのでキオスクで初めてできました。とはいっても、やってもらっていた時間が多かったですが。恐縮でした。 エレベーターも３台あるので待たなければいけないことありません。 ただベッドは固めでした。それ以外はとても快適でまた利用すると思います。 場所は小田原駅から歩いて３分以内で便利。８階でしたが、エレベーターの騒音、おとなり、上の方の騒音等全くありませんでした。 お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。"

"Great staff: we reached very late at night. The manager was kind enough to extend our onsen reservation for half hour without us asking. He stayed well past the midnight to make sure our onsen experience is complete! We are so grateful to him. Moreover, the facility is much nicer than we expected: Large lobby and living facilities, great decor and the private onsen is out of this world!"
