"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We traveled with kids and family. The service was good. One thing to note for families is that the pool is only available with reservation and kids are not allowed before 8am and after 8pm. I get the policy but it limits the possibility of kids getting into the pool. I booked it for this reason and we only got to use it once 😞. "

"There is nothing bad you can tell about this property, and the staffs are awesome. Everything is walking distance away and you can't ever find a property like this in central London. Next time, when I visit London. I won't dare to look any other property than Martin Waterloo. In house Laundry service, good food and pubs nearby, the staff are all very helpful. Thank you very much.
