"Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is a little steep, but space is a premium in this area. Was not impressed with the restaurant attached to the hotel, but don’t believe they are run by Raddison. We had a King Single room on the 7th floor with a view of the Horse Shoe falls, and it was great. Spectacular view both during the day, and at night when the falls are illuminated. Well worth the extra $$."

"The room itself was great. However we were eye level with the roof. When we looked out the window we were looking at the roof & the trash left behind. Very walkable to The Falls & parking was included. Internet slow. It was overall a great stay. I would stay again. I would ask for a room without a view of the roof. "

"The property was very nicely decorated all the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was quite spacious and very quiet for sleeping. I thought that they could provide one bottle of water for coffee for the morning not having to pay 7$s for the water in with the coffee pods. Free coffee in the lobby would be nice "
