First, staff are poorly trained. Breakfast is a muffin and/or croissant, pre-packaged, coffee no lids, must eat in restaurant can't be taken back to room. The room was very dirty with hair in the bathroom, The mattress was so uncomfortable all you could feel was the springs. The pillows were half the size of regular pillows, I checked in 27th of Dec 2025 and staying at this hotel was a nightmare, house keeping was so bad after giving them too many reminders no was was there. Me and my wife stayed in room 501 and it was really a bad experience, I wish I could get a REFUND of my room and WISH COULD UP LOAD PIX CAUSE I DO HAVE SOME...

The property itself was fine with the reception being friendly. I was annoyed with two things: We mentioned on our second day of stay to not do any room service, this request was put on system but they still cleaned the room. This was apparantely miscommunication on the hotels end. I was taking a bath on the jet tub when suddenly a bug fell from the roof. It was filthy and looked like a cockroach and I was scared as some bite. I killed it and told reception, they did not offer any compensation or give any apologies. I would suggest management to look into this matter.
