"I have to say that the concierge, Alessander (hope I spelled that right!) absolutely made our stay worthwhile here. He is outstanding, very personable and knowledgeable about the area. He gave us great recommendations for gelato, wine, and transportation. Though there is a bit of a climb to get to the main lobby, the rooms are comfortable and the free breakfast is great!"

"The property was in a great location within walking distance from the train station. The room was fantastic. Had the room with a view of the square. Only thing was that there was no continental breakfast. For the price it could be added. "

"The property was rundown and outdated. Our room had significant mildew in the shower. Our room was very much in need of renovation. Although fairly clean there was a persistent smell in the room. However, the staff were amazing. Very friendly, engaging and helpful. The made the stay good even though the property was not great. "
