"We really liked the employees and the property is beautiful, our only complaint is we are from Miami and during some cold nights we were told they could not make the rooms any warmer due to laws in Italy to save on energy. We stayed in many places around Italy for almost a full month and never had an issue in any other location."

"Overall we enjoyed our time. We did find the ads for the hotel to be misleading in terms of expectations for the quality of the room and bathroom. The hotel liaising shows very nice, well decorated and updated rooms. We did feel that our room and bathroom were very dated and plain looking in comparison. Part of the ceiling in our bathroom if was flaking off. Wished it could have been closer to what we anticipated! "

"As an agroturismo it was spectacular. Grounds beautiful, hostess/owner was gracious. Regret not staying for breakfast, all homemade cornetto and bread - wonderful aroma. Getting there was another story. GPS very unhelpful taking us up an increasingly narrow road to a spot we could not either turn around or go forward (locked gates). Thankfully owner of gates agreed to open. We had missed turning on to what appeared to be too small a road that did easily take us to the farm when we took it....

"Rustic Italian feel"

"Everything was fine. The managers were helpful and responded immediately to all questions and requests. There was a supermarket right across the street and a bus stop for central Florence quite close. HOWEVER, for me the place was too noisy at night up until after midnight some nights. I didn't sleep well there even with ear plugs.Nothing the managers could help: late arrivals, doors slamming, people talking loudly in the hallways and so on. If not for that, I would stay there again"

"The hotel located on hill. By bus no.21 or 21D from centre of Florence around half an hour. Normally 1/2-1.5hour per bus depends weekday or holiday. Using google map searching the bus information definitely not clear enough (you learnt once you try ;)) Or walking from train station Fiesole Caldine around 20mins (beware it’s walk on the road and need some time walk for your room). Bed is clean, the room with cookware, washing machine, outside have a table & seat. If sunny day you can have a cup...

"The villa is the best place to stay when visiting Fiesole. It has a home feel to it. Free items in mini bar, free breakfast, easy transportation to Florence. This place is amazing. "
