"Good value for its price. We had a private room for 2, overall quite clean and decent bed (albeit a bit hard and really low/flat pillows). The one actual negative I had is that the sound isolation from outside noice (such as the 6am garbage truck) is truly awful. One of our windows was sagging and unable to fully close, and the blinds were stuck too. Would be a solid 5/5 stars of they fixed the issue above and of they had a few more comfortable beds."

"Ostello is a great location, away from the touristy areas. My husband and I chose this place, for the 3rd time because it’s in a local & quiet neighborhood. There are about 3 restaurants and a gelato place within 3 min of walking. We stayed for a week (for the 3rd time) and here’s things to consider. You won’t be getting new towels, toilet paper and change of sheets, after staying many days, unless you ask. We stayed for a week, as a family of 4, and had to ask for new towels and more toilet...

"The reviews told me the chances of getting bed bugs was likely. I did get bed bugs. And am now attempting to deal with this which continuing to travel. The actual place was okay but they need to fumigated. If you are ok with bedbugs it’s an okay place. Otherwise. Be warned. Also. The staff were not friendly or helpful in any manner. Basically did the bare minimum and did that under sufferance "

"It's clean, quiet, and staff very friendly. The breakfast was very good. They have laundry room and gym and close to the center. I definitely recommend it. "
