"The staff were friendly and helpful. The waiter who served us dinner on the evening of 22nd March was particularly helpful and very professional. The room although a little dated was of a good size. The room was clean and the house keeping ensured the room was refreshed on the 22nd March. My only concern was that a significant number of boys, possibly there due to a football event were not supervised appropriately by the adults, who were obviously responsible for them. "Nice quiet hotel on a busy street in the city centre. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Access to all floors is via the room key making the hotel feel very safe, a bonus for solo travellers. Plenty of places in the immediate vicinity for breakfast, coffee and bistro or fine dining. The only downside is no facilities in the room to make a drink, not even a glass if you take bottled water in with you, although drinks can be purchased in reception. Check in and out is fast. Would recommend. "
