"We stay often in this hotel we got allocated a disabled room which isn’t what we booked we retuned to reception to request a room change. The man on reception allocated us a double room so everything was fine. The hotel rooms are looking fresher looks like they have been painted recently. "

"Staff were friendly, was a really easy place to find. The room was clean and inviting. Only thing i noticed was we had a cup of tea when we got there but theres was barely enough for us to both have a cup. Only 2 milk only 2 sugars, a bit petty but did annoying. So that was the only thing i found a bit disappointing about the property but everything else was great."

"The stay from booking on line to the end could not have been better. I am disabled and my mobility is poor so the room was built around my needs. I had a problem with a leak in the bathroom and when I reported it the plumber was in attendance within five minutes. My friends and I had lunch on the second day and it was lovely. The only complaint was it could have been warmer. Nothing was a problem to any of the staff from checking in to breakfast to cleaners and everyone I spoke to was extremely...

"The location is great. It's right next to Glasgow Central and 5-10 minutes walk from anywhere in the center. I had hoped for an early arrival option, but i did have to wait until 3pm to check in. The room shook occasionally from either trains or vehicles gojng past. Not too bothersome though. Room was a little cramped (had to trun sideways to move betwen the desk and bed). Overall fair value for the price."

"Had slight issue with lighting in the room. Kept flickering off and on, did stop after a couple of hours though. Only other issue was the heating not working. Other than that it was very pleasant."
