"The hotel is a little upside down to what I am used too as reception is at the top, but it works well! Check in was quick enough, not much chat from reception staff but they explained breakfast and what was required. The lifts are good and quick too. The room was really nice, a good enough size and I liked the choice of wood veneer colour, it gave it a richer feeling. Bed comfortable and shower room clean. "Everything was great. Lovely staff, goodie bag, comfortable bed, bath mat. The shower was awkward to use and bath very deep to climb out of. The bathroom needed a bit of TLC. All in all it was great and we were only there for one night. Ideal location in the city centre. "
