"Great location. I enjoyed our room, breakfast, and welcoming. The only downfall is parking cost & had to wait about an hour for our vehicle, which was parked 5 blocks away. I was calling since I was running late for check-out (never answered) but charged $50 more. However, they had luggage storage for free after our check-out, to keep exploring New York. Thanks Ryan for your hospitality."

"I was visiting NYC for work. The location was great- walkable from my arrival by train and walkable to where I was working ( near the UN building) but also to sites like Columbus Circle, Times Square and to Broadway shows/theaters. Very clean with needed amenities such as hangers ( most places do not have sufficient numbers), hair dryer ( one that really worked!), good internet, etc. Bare bones furniture ( bed, desk and chair) but I knew that prior to arrival. When I travel to NYC, I don't spend my day in the hotel room- I want to be out and about. Excellent value for price. Will book again for both business and pleasure trips to NYC."

"We will definitely stay here again! Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was super spacious which was a shock. We had no trouble with the elevator at all, never had to wait long to go up or down. Didn’t hear any noise from other guests in our room, and the outside noise wasn’t bad compared to what I’m used to with NYC hotels. The location is perfect for us, love being near the subway (yellow/orange line right outside the door basically) and love being in Koreatown area, such great food. This will probably be our go to hotel from now on. We didn’t try the free breakfast or coffee so can’t review that. Very comfy beds also! My only suggestion would be to add some live TV channels, there was no ABC, NBC etc."
