"I had a good experience. The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms are cleaned up everyday and always provided water bottles and new towels with each cleanup. They do have rooms with AC and even hot tubs but these are not posted on Expedia. The staff was kind enough to allow me to upgrade the room once I was on site. It was a pleasant stay, I would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel is inside a mall and access to it was very confusing, also only a side door is open at night with very minimal security, it felt weird to go in and out at night.
