"Surprised with a room upgrade on check in. Our room was spacious and comfortable with shelves and hanging space , plus a fridge. The room was also quiet. The shower was good too. Fairly dark decor but I felt lighting was adequate. The staff were really helpful. The hotel location is great for exploring. Would stay here again if ever in Madrid. One slight downfall, was no kettles in room. "

"Rooms are very very small. Poorly designed. The toilet was right in front of the sink so you had to stand on the side of the sink. Why? No toom to open 2 suitcases let alone one. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices. Right across the street from the train station. "
