"Spent 8 nights in total in a city view room. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful to sleep at night considering how busy Grand Via is. The pro of being so centrally located also makes it a bit of a con when you’re tired at the end of a busy day exploring and have to dodge waves of people coming at you to get back to your hotel. "Oh my, this was a FANTASTIC hotel to stay at in Madrid. My wife and I took an 8 day trip to Madrid, and booked this hotel because Expedia recommended it, and it was perfect. It is about as central as it could be, about a 2 minute walk from the Puerta del Sol in the center of town, and from there, it was a 10 to 20 minute walk to almost anywhere, or direct access to the metro. The staff was fantastic. The one minor problem we had (slow shower drain) was fixed almost immediately after...

"Stayed for business. I was early for check-in, not only did I get the room, but I was given an upgrade! The room was spacious, the bed super confortable, the minibar very well stocked, good shower and stuff. The breakfast was great! And I also had dinner at their restaurant and it was pretty good too.
