"It was a good place "

"The property is very clean and neat. We stayed as a family with kids for 3 days. The fact that this place quite literally sandwiched between Lidl and Carrefour supermarkets was extremely convenient. Right in the front is the metro station, and many tourist attractions including the palace, Plaza de Sol, Plaza Mayor, etc were easily walkable. However, the neighborhood in front of the property was shady looking - ran into large crowd of people smoking weed and abusing substances."

"This is a fabulous property. If you're staying in Madrid the location couldn't be better. The check in and out is super easy, and the apartment was a great size for our family of four. The personal touches left by the Sonder team were gorgeous. We mentioned that it was our daughters birthday and when we returned that evening she found a note and some lollies to help celebrate her day. "It was centrally located. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities. Check in was so easy and good communication with Domi. It was located in the Bario de Las Letras. Great place if you want to be where all the restaurants, bars and clubs are. Would definitely go back. 5 stars for sure."

First only one of the three elevators was functional. Then the room had a stenching strong chemical smell during all the night. The walls were full of holes and repainted patches.
