"This was my first time in Spain. I am so glad I found this hotel. Staff were very friendly and courteous. It was close to the Gran Via and to other restaurants. It was quiet and there's a terrace on the top floor where you can enjoy free coffee. Really good coffee, baked goods and fruit. My baggage got lost and the airlines sent it to my hotel and the hotel staff informed me right away. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The only thing is unlike American hotels, the lights won't turn on...

"Nice hostel but my room stayed close to common area and I could hear people talking 2am. Bathroom Door squeaking loud, so I couldn’t sleep very well. But the hostel has a nice looking and the location is perfect! Just one block From the subway."

"It's a two star hotel, can't expect much, place is clean clean clean, I gave it a 4 star because the HVAC control panel was very confusing and they get a bit stingy when I was asking for an extra banquet. "
