"This is more rustic than newer hotels in the area, but it makes up for it by larger than normal rooms with a desk, a large refrigerator, a water closet in addition to a bathroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. The price includes a full breakfast from 7 am - 9 am. There is a restaurant on-site but during my stay, it was only open the first night of my stay, Sunday evening. "I liked the friendly staff and the amazing views of Lake Arenal from the dining area. The restaurant features 8 different artisanal beers that are brewed on the property. The pool is a decent size for swimming and the hot tub grotta felt very relaxing. The hotel also features fun games including pool billard etc. and other amenities. Overall a fun and relaxing experience."
