"This has to be the nicest resort I have ever stayed at! The time of year we were there (early May) wasn't busy at all so we had no trouble finding a hot springs pool all for ourselves. There is a LOT of wildlife to see on their huge property. We did a guided nighttime walk with flashlights and we saw sloths, monkeys, frogs, and (gulp) snakes! The food at their restaurants was great! I ordered something different every night but my wife insisted on getting the same "Typical Costa Rican Meal" each and every night because she liked it so much. My rental car picked up a nail in the tire during the drive there (WARNING: it was three hour drive for us from San Jose) and the Valet re-inflated the tire and gave me directions to a local tire shop to get it repaired (for five bucks - what a deal!). We really want to come back to the Springs again some day!"

"The nicest resort I have ever been to. The staff was amazing and very accommodating & even helped me get a new rental car. I got a 2 hour massage treatment & it was amazing! Close to all of the excursions, all the food was great, & spent a bunch of time at the swim up pool. There was even a sloth that was just hanging out in the trees above the pool every day. Will definitely go back! "

It was the best two nights of our trip... the set up is perfect. The breakfast is really good too. The grounds were immaculate. The waiters and hosts were all great! We can't wait to come back."

"It was super beautiful and everyone is so friendly and speaks great English. It’s a much smaller resort and has a more intimate feel. Would highly reccomend, and we got lucky and the fog cleared up one day so we could see the full volcano. "

"This is our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. The first time was before covid when our daughter was not born yet. We decided to come back because we had a great stay and there was a farm with lots of animals. The hot springs were quiet and private. It is heaven for animals and humans to stay in."
