"Everything was perfect. The only thing I would like to mention is that the receptionist only recommended their transportation when we wanted to head out to town instead of giving us the option between their transportation and Uber. Their transportation fee was $28 plus tax and Uber was $7. Other than that, this is a really great resort. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the views are AMAZING! "Absolutely beautiful hotel! We spent three nights and booked all of our tours and drivers through the hotel and everything was wonderful. All of our guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the spas are lovely. We ate in all three restaurants and enjoyed all of our meals and the breakfast buffet had many choices. Costa Rican coffee is delicious and the service was outstanding. The room was very nice with a private patio where I could watch the birds each morning. The air conditioning cooled the room to a nice temperature. We had plenty of time to relax and go on adventures. I highly recommend this hotel. Pura vita! "
