"Serene, beautiful property with a great lagoon view. Super easy parking and secure entrance. We stayed in two room types and thought both were excellent (lagoon view suite, and partial lagoon view room). The overall vibe was nice with chill electronic music playing and waiters roaming to make sure you had all you needed, the food an drinks were excellent (ate multiple meals during our stay). Only critique would be that the lounge chairs facing the lagoon are limited in number, and other guests...

"Did not offer any help with luggage and the included breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Aside from that, the property is BEAUTIFUL, the view is SPECTACULAR, and this is the best place to watch the sunrise I’ve experienced in Mexico!"

"Nuestra estancia en Bluebird fue hermosa, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero estando en un lugar como bacalar no necesitas mas porque apenas y pasas tie.po dentro de la habitacion, el staff fue suuuper amable! Y el desayuno que incluyen es muy bueno, ademas puedes pedir otros platillos por un costo extra, bastante razonable, los otros huespedes heran tranquilos y amigables, creo que mi familia y yo eramos los mas ruidosos por ir con niñas pequeñas que estaban extremadamente emocionadas. Lo mejor...

"This is a great little hotel in a not-so-great location. It's far from downtown and the lagoon, on a gravel road with no street lights. The pueblo is very safe, but as a single woman, it just didn't FEEL very safe to walk back in the dark...."

"The staff was super friendly.. Apartments are super spacious and cleaned. Coffe, sugar, water and cooking oil. The pool was clean and great to use. We love they recycle. Laguna is a block away.. its a walk from ado, but we opted for a taxi. 50 pesos.thanks Steven, Mario, Marco and Karla. We went dancing to Catrina which was fun and safe."
