"Overall everything was great, the owners were very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable and amazing view from the lake. The only thing is that it's kind it far from the Centro is better if you have a car will be easier to move to places."

"La maison est parfaite ainsi que l’accueil de José et Maria qui nous attendaient avec pleins de petites attentions. Très confortable et bien équipée. Cependant, je dois spécifier que la maison ne se trouve pas dans Bacalar mais à Buenavista à 30km. La position sur le plan d’Abritel est totalement fausse. Il faut absolument un véhicule. "

"We had an amazing stay at the lake house. The photos do not do justice to the house or the location. It is magical."

"This was an amazing location and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The Lake was beautiful and the in room AC worked well. My only complaint was the difficulty in finding the location. I wish there would have been a sign on the property stating the name of the location. This was an amazing experience."

"The property is exactly like the pictures beautiful we enjoyed our stay at the house so much that we spent very little time at the lagoon, it is a quick walk to where you pay a few pesos to get in use their facilities to access the lagoon right in Beunevista sorry can not comment on that as we went to Bacalar."

"Wunderschöne neues Haus mit total großem Pool. Hochwertig ausgestattet. Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Fahrt zum See dauert ca. 10 Minuten und man ist dort in der Natur pur. Super Zugang zum See und jede Menge Sitzmoeglichkeiten am Ufer, Restaurant ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Wir waren vier Tage in der Anlage und hatten den hier den d See schönsten Aufenthalt während der Rundreise."

"Excellent and safe stay at this brand-new property. There was a lot of thought put into the building of this compound of rentals. This provided the perfect getaway. Bacalar is not too far a drive, and property employee Alex provided the utmost service being very attentive and friendly as we asked him about suggestions of places to eat and things to do when it was raining. "The outside living area is very nice with beautiful views of lagoon. Outside area should have been swept/cleaned better before our arrival. The downstairs living area and bathrooms were nice, but the bedrooms/beds left much to be desired. The property managers were very easy to communicate with and responsive. Overall, the property was good but not great."

"The property was very nice and pool was excellent. Each unit has a nice patio with table and outdoor seating overlooking the pool . They also have two Weber BBQs with a children play area. Very family friendly. The only complaints are about the signage on the hwy and the access road is more like a jeep trail. I would not recommend taking a car with a low suspension."

Cristalino Lagoon Front Hotel Restaurant & SPA

"Christino Lagoon hotel is a wonderful hotel on an amazingly beautiful Lagoona. Netsed in tropicla vegetation the hotel provides a relaxed superior accomodation. It is a 30 min walk from town but I loved the secultion. The restaurant on site serves delicious food . it is a bit expansive but again the view while you eat is special. The staff is very sweet friendly and extremely accomodating. I must come back!"
