Este hotel tienen como 5 meses de haberse aperturado, así que nuestra estancia fue deliciosa al estar en un hotel prácticamente nuevo. Las habitación que nos toco bastante amplia, las camas muy cómodas, esta cerca de la carretera principal a menos de 1 min (de la principal), amplio estacionamiento por lo que sin duda regresaremos en nuestro próximo viaje a Bacalar.

Las habitaciones muy espaciosas, estarian excelentes si tuvieran un minibar al menos para poder llevar algunas bebidas ya que no tiene restaurante. Tambien muebles en la terraza ya que esta amplio y la vista a la alberca esta genial. El personal que nos recibio (Malu) excelente servicio.

El hotel es muy cómodo, seguramente es nuevo porque no contaba con ningún servicio de cafetera, ni muebles en el balcón, en general es lindo y cómodo, aunque todas sus amenidades se ven bastante usadas.
