In the room, the shower hose had a hole so they replaced the hose and the shower head - it was great. Unfortunately the phone wasn't working but they allowed us to check out late with no charge for the inconvenience of both. The included breakfast was varied and filling - we couldn't finish it all. "Beautiful property and rooms. Checkin and checkout service was excellent. Dining is next to the Nile which has beautiful views. Breakfast buffet was just ok compared to other places I have stayed and options/service was very lacking at breakfast. Overall and excellent stay and value and would recommend it."
