Management also allowed my cousin (who mistakenly booked the wrong hotel) to use the poolside with us after his trips. So, thank you. Unfortunately, some services could be better. I had to clean the balcony chairs from a layer of dust before use. No pool attendant or towels until after 10 am, and pool snacks always arrive cold. However, the guest relations managers (Monika and Sarah) were superb with us, and the General Manager Mr. Mohamed Ragab was an excellent host.
