"In addition to being a nice place to stay (we stayed there in 2019, and 2024), we love all the artwork in the building and on the grounds--the sculptures and the mosaics and stained glass. NEVER remove them in the name of Modernism. Keep them! They give the hotel a timeless elegance. Also, thank you for relighting your neon sign on the roof, and using the original neon tubing where possible, rather than LEDs which rot in the sun over time, whereas neon is glass, and made by hand. "The place might be a bit in the middle of nowhere, but it is an absolute jewel. Incredibly well decorated, it is like no other hotel I have been. The staff was lovely and very accommodating, we arrived late because of a plane delay and they arranged a lovely meal for use despite the fact that the kitchen was closed. The beds were very comfortable."
