"Guest relation manager Reham had contacted us prior to our visit to ensure that any of our special requests could be accommodated. Maria was very helpful at check-in and offered us a complimentary upgrade and even arranged for a cake to celebrate our son's birthday. "This is a very nice hotel on an island in the middle of the Nile. You need to take a boat to reach it. The boat starts from the point marked "Pyramisa Isis Island Pick Up point" on Google maps. All the tours and private cars will meet you at the parking area at this pick up point. The boat takes about 5 minutes to make the journey but you might need to wait 15 minutes for the boat to set off. It runs all hours. Due to its island location this is a very peaceful place. "

"Being in the Nubian village experience, if you love do mingle with the locals this is the place. We really enjoyed our stay.
