"The room was comfy enough and the staff were all wonderful but the hotel is located in the middle of a restaurant/nightclub block so there’s a constant thump thump of music late into the night. Very handy for New St Station though and no shortage of places to eat. "

"When I got to my room which was quite far down the corridor my room key didn’t work so I had to go back to reception. The guy apologised & offered me a free upgraded room that wasn’t such a trek to get to which was very much appreciated "

The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, the shower was decent (though a little tired looking). I've given it 4* as I was really disappointed by the breakfast. It was a mix of undercooked and left-standing. "
