"Quick and easy check in process, super friendly staff. Car park underneath is small and a tight squeeze, and unfortunately full on our stay, but you can park in the secure multi story across the road for the same price as the hotel (just make sure to enter your reg at reception)! Location was ideal for access to bullring and music venues. Room was super comfortable. We were overlooking the bars behind the hotel, and although you could hear the gentle beat of the music with the windows closed, it really didn’t affect our ability to sleep at all - they even provide earplugs ahead of time for you if you want them. Overall it was a fab hotel, and we will definitely book again for future stays. Special shout out to the staff as every single person we interacted with was 10/10."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Nice big comfortable bed, clean room with tea & coffee. Great shower and shower gels, shampoo etc. lovely pool, sauna and steam room. A room near us was a bit noisy one night but a quick call to reception sent security upstairs and all quiet very soon. Cannot praise staff enough. Thank you. "

"My partner and I stayed here for his birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of Prosecco and a thoughtful birthday message waiting in our room. The room itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with a beautifully designed bathroom. Breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious, though unfortunately, the food and coffee weren’t as hot as we’d have liked. That said, our overall experience was fantastic, and we would definitely return!"

"This is a lovely hotel with brilliant staff. It’s really handy for the tram, only a few steps away, so if you’ve arrived by train this is ideal. Out of the busiest bit of the city centre but easy to get to and handy for lots of eateries. "
