"We had a lovely stay. Great lodge everything you need for a relaxing get away. 2 great restaurants and 3 cafes. With plans for more shops etc. would highly recommend. "

"Check in instructions were clear and came in plenty of time. Mick greeted us upon arrival as he lives a few doors down. Parking was ample and felt secure off the road in a private car park. The house was very clean and well catered for. It had Virgin TV with most channels available, which was a welcome addition. The only issue we had was getting a WiFi signal, which we needed to be near the front window for. I assume this may be because the extender wasn't working correctly to pick up the signal...

"The property was not fit for purpose with no working toilet, when I contacted the host she didn't arrange for a plumber to fix this so we had no working toilet during our stay which as you can imagine with 4 adults and 2 children in the property was not a pretty sight or smell. When checking in we were given the wrong code for the key safe so was unable to get into the property, we waited for nearly an hour for the host to finally call me back and give me the correct code. "The property was fine - good kitchen and plenty of space. We appreciated the location as it was easy to go out exploring at Cannock Chase Forest."

"Nice house and close to central birmingham only thing that lets it down is the very limited parking in the area your very lucky if you get a space. Bedrooms could do with kitting out a bit better. "

"This was a very spacious house, perfect for our group of 9. Everything was very clean and organised, and we were so grateful for the use of a full kitchen. This property also has excellent parking and a lovely garden. The owner was very helpful and friendly in our messages."

"First of all I don't think the pictures do the place justice - it's so lovely and so much space. There was 18 adults for a 2 night stay and we felt like we had plenty of space and everyone commented on how nice it was and how comfortable their stay was. The decor is lovely and fresh, the bathrooms are gorgeous, and beds comfy. Communication with hosts was great and prompt, check in easy and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"Good size property for large group of guests. 4 decent size bedrooms with double beds in each room. The matress on the beds were not very comfortable and shower area in the upstairs toilet needs updating. Host communicated well however did not see to the flush not working on the downstairs toilet. Served a purpose for our stay and overall quite satisfied."
