"My room was super cozy and perfect for me! There was a lot more room than I thought for it being an old hotel. I got upgraded to a king bed which was way bigger than I needed but the bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows. I have a bad back and I woke up rested and not sore at all! I had a nice view of the Sears tower and the room was very clean. Yes the room is looking a little tired but everything was spotless and in working order! Just need detergent) to Elisa who helped us store our luggage for a couple hours. The rooms are always clean, hotel well maintained, easy in and out from ORD - highly recommend!"

All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast offered had a lots of great options.
