"I enjoyed my stay overall, mainly because of the amazing location—being right by the beach was definitely a highlight! The bar staff and servers were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. However, the front desk service wasn’t as warm or helpful, which was a bit disappointing. "L’hôtel est bien situé, sur la plage et belle piscine. Chaise longue en bois prêt de la piscine peu nombreuses et très inconfortable. Les chambres serait dû pour un rafraîchissement. Si c’est considéré pour comme une auberge de jeunesse c’est assez cher nous avons eu un hôtel beaucoup luxueux à Manuel Antonio pour à peines quelques dollars de plus. Nous avons passer une seul heureusement! "

"This was our second time staying here, very peaceful, beautiful view of Tortuga, lots of steps if you have difficulty walking, probably not the place for you but overall this place is a must see The included breakfast was excellent and every morning got to see the howler monkeys"

"The views are amazing! The staff are also amazing; aways happy to help and very friendly! The food was delicious! We recommend the Flank Steak with chimichurri and fries. The pool was at perfect temperature! The room was also beautiful!"

"There were howler monkeys outside in our first morning when we arrived. We also saw scarlet macaws both mornings we were there and the breakfast was nice and convenient to start the day with. The staff were very friendly and very helpful in planning tours for the days."

Best Western Jaco Beach All-Inclusive Resort

5/5 Excellent

"This property is very generous with their check out time. They allowed us to check out at the appropriate time and also allowed us to stay at the property for lunch and use their amenities until 3pm. The food and drinks options were different every day and they tasted so good. When I visit Jaco again, I am definitely staying here."
