This is pretty much a 5-Star resort for you and your friends. Bonus...a lap pool. We are already planning our return."

"This was our 3rd year in a row staying in the Hermosa Palms development (3rd house)- and it did not disappoint! We keep coming back to this community since it is beautifully maintained, on the beach, safe, and most of all because of Yoyo's restaurant at the community pool! Yoyo's food and drinks are out of this world!This house is perfect - we had 5 adults and 3 kids, and we had plenty of room to spread out. There are 2 spacious living rooms to hang-out in, and the kitchen and bedrooms are great...

"The house was the perfect size for 12 of us. Mellisa was wonderful. She decorated the house for my niece's birthday when we arrived and had the house full of groceries fror us and a special treat. She also set up the chefs who were awesome. Small problems that didn't bother us to much were the toilet didn't work in the guess house, every shower in the main house had temperature differences, some had no hot water, some had no cold water. The pool bathroom didn't work, the jets in the hot tub...

"Our stay at Casa Leonie was amazing. The location was perfect it would be great for a family, lots of seating, bbq with a big pool. We saw monkeys right in our backyard. I highly recommend this property. Gated and very safe!! Pura Vida!!"

"The house was a little hard to find with google maps and we also got there after dark so it was hard to see the driveway. But once we contacted the house manger she sent us a better map with the homes located and no problems after that. We stay for a night and it was perfect. House was clean. "

"House had everything you need. Pool was a bit chilly, but just jump in! House had everything you need in the kitchen, and is in a great spot to get to anything in Jaco. Supermarkets and everything are super close, we used the gas grill every night. Will be back for sure."
